Changing the monitoring configuration for an account

You can change the configuration of Monitoring services at any time, for example, to make changes to the values of a threshold used to generate an alert.

To change a Default threshold

1. Raise a Service Request.

2. Work with the SoftwareOne Monitoring Engineer assigned to your request to define the new default threshold values.

3. When approved by you, we will enable the updated default threshold.

To add a new Monitor Type

1. Raise a Service Request.

2. Work with the SoftwareOne Monitoring Engineer assigned to your request to define the new Monitor Type, values and default threshold.

3. When approved by you, we will enable the new Monitor Type.
