Viewing Support Tickets

To view your support tickets

  1. From any screen in the software, click the Hamburger icon, then click on Get Help.

  2. The My Tickets list displays a list of your:

    • Current (open) tickets

    • Archived (closed) tickets.

  3. (Optional) If required, make changes to a support ticket, for more information, refer to Modifying a Support Ticket.
