The SoftwareOne Cloud Managed Services (CMS) - Advanced service has been designed to give our customers peace of mind by working with them to manage their daily cloud operations. SoftwareOne is taking care of critical tasks such as incident management, monitoring, governance & compliance, backup, patch, Cloud Navigator and cost management, allowing our customers to focus on their workloads and applications.
The CMS Advanced service extensively utilises automation, which enables SoftwareOne to be more agile and responsive to customer business requirements. SoftwareOne's Service Delivery Manager identifies, drives, and automates outcomes across the customer's cloud environment, using an integrated operational toolset to ensure the highest levels of performance, security, and reliability. To help customers control and optimise their spend, SoftwareOne's Client Portal is utilised.
As part of the service, we provide regular reports and insights to help our customers make informed decisions and optimise their cloud environment. We also offer 24/7 support to ensure that any issues are quickly resolved, minimising disruption to our customers' operations.
While we handle the day-to-day operations of our customers' cloud environment, they remain fully in control and responsible for their workloads and applications.
