Onboarding Stage 3: Tooling Created and Configured

There are no actions required from you at this stage. We will be working in the back-end to complete the following:

• Configuring our tools to meet your requirements as defined in your “Operations Definition”.

• Turn on Tagging and our Automation systems in your environment.

This stage will take a few days of effort as we turn on systems and check results.

You will notice at this stage that resources in your environment will be tagged SoftwareOne’s tagging structure (this will not change your own tagging structure, the tags will just be added).

After this stage has completed we will arrange a call with you to discuss next steps.
