Service Offboarding
Service offboarding disables the service for the cloud account to be offboarded.
If you have one cloud account and request for it to be offboarded, or request for all cloud accounts to be offboarded the request will be treated as a termination request subject to the standard termination terms and conditions.
If you offboard a cloud account where billing has been transferred to SoftwareOne, it is your responsibility to transfer the cloud account to another partner, or migrate the resources to another cloud account. Where billing has been transferred to SoftwareOne, we will continue to invoice you for any consumption.
