Creating a Support Ticket

To create a support ticket

  1. From any screen in the software, click the Hamburger icon, then click Get Help.

  2. Click the Add New button.

  3. Select a Category, choose from:

    • Billing–For billing related enquiries.

    • Request–To request something from the catalog, for example, if you require support in making a change.

    • Troubleshoot–To report issues with your service, or to get help troubleshooting.

  4. Select a service using the Service drop-down.

  5. Enter a Short description of your issue/requirements.

  6. Enter a detailed description of your requirements in the Details field. To assist us in responding to your ticket, where possible, please provide:

    • Screengrabs

    • Images

    • Code examples

    • Links to related information

    • External files that will assist us in responding to your ticket.

  7. Click the Submit button.
