Creating a Support Ticket
To create a support ticket
From any screen in the software, click the Hamburger icon, then click Get Help.
Click the Add New button.
Select a Category, choose from:
Billing–For billing related enquiries.
Request–To request something from the catalog, for example, if you require support in making a change.
Troubleshoot–To report issues with your service, or to get help troubleshooting.
Select a service using the Service drop-down.
Enter a Short description of your issue/requirements.
Enter a detailed description of your requirements in the Details field. To assist us in responding to your ticket, where possible, please provide:

External files that will assist us in responding to your ticket.
Click the Submit button.
